Course Work and Homework:
If you have a computer you can do your lab work at home. However, working at home is not an excuse for not getting your assignments done. I am in the lab for several hours each week. If you are working at home and start to fall behind, work in the lab while I am there !! All lab assignments are due the week after they are listed above. Late assignments lose 10% of their value for each week they are late. Reading should be done before the class they are listed for above. All assignments and several other useful items can be found on my website at http://www.nicoleanddebbie.com/classes/cor/

Grading Policy:
I do not like the idea of the all or nothing final grade approach to grading. I will weight your grades from your assignments and your quizzes to count for the majority of your grade in this class. The final exam at the end of the class will not be worth more than 20% of your grade. This means two things: 1) If you do not do your assignments and quizzes, you will not pass the class and 2) No final grade can move you from an F to an A or vice versa. Just to make sure your work is your own, I will occasionally put one of the students assignments on screen during class and ask the creator questions about it. If something is in your assignment, I will expect you to know why. You cannot use work from another students assignment.
